Frequently Asked Questions 

1. What does it cost?

• Non-Member/Public: $250 Deposit / $1000 Rental Fee 
• Rental Fee is for a 24 hour rental period (6AM-6AM). For multiple day rentals one deposit is required and fees are applied for each day needed.

2. What is included with the Rental?

• Tables: 20 (60" rounds) and 12 (6' rectangular) 
• Chairs: 200
• Kitchen (Stove, Oven, Sink, Refrigerator)
• Wet Bar area for serving food/drinks
• Commercial Refrigerator for storing items for the event
• Media (Sound System and Projector with motorized projector screen)
• 2 Private Single Restrooms in front reception area
• Public restrooms in reception hall area (Mens Restroom has 2 urinals and 1 stall and Women's Restroom has 3 stalls.)

3. How many people can the hall hold?

Occupancy is 340 sitting or 500 standing
